About the Accounts Department
The Accounts Department is responsible for managing the financial operations of the institute, including Fee collection, Salary processing, Budgeting, Audits and Statutory compliances. The department ensures transparency, accuracy, and timely financial services to students, staff, and stakeholders.

Functions & Responsibilities
- Collection of Fees from the Students.
- Preparation of Annual Budget and present it to the College Development Committee & also take the approval from the College Governing Body.
- Maintenance of financial records.
- Statutory audits and compliances.
- Scholarship and fee reimbursement processing.
- Vendor payments and procurement accounting.

Fee Structure :
Approved fees by FRA (Fees Regulating Authority) is readily available and prominently displayed on college website.

Mode of Fees Collection :
- Online Payment ( Net Banking / UPI / Debit & Credit Cards )
- Cheques / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque
- NEFT / RTGS Bank Details

Scholarship & Financial Assistance :
- Provide the information about the eligibility of Government Scholarship and Freeship Scholarship.
- Providing Fees Structure and demand letter to students for availing the education loan facility from the Bank / financial institutions.
- Refund of scholarship received from the Private Trust.

Refund of fees as per the directives given by the Directorate of Technical Education, M.S.

Students can conveniently pay their Academic Fee, Examination Fee, Document Verification Fee, Transcript Request Fee, and other applicable charges using the QR code or UPI ID provided below.

Steps for Payment:
- Scan the QR code using any UPI-enabled payment app or manually enter the UPI ID to make the payment.
- Enter the required fee amount and complete the transaction.
- After a successful transaction, note down the Transaction ID.
- Share the Transaction ID along with your Name, Roll Number, and Payment Purpose with the Accounts Department for verification.
